(Kuala Lumpur=Koreanpress) KP News Team = Bangsar introduced its “first of its kind” restaurant and lounge in the midst of its neighbourhood.

RUYI & LYN captured the imagination of guests with its hybrid concept and entertainment line-up, embodying three concepts by combining the love for food (restaurant) with the need for relaxation (lounge) and party (club) with a Chinese theme and modern designer décor. A concept not usually associated with Chinese establishments.

RUYI & LYN features a vast selection of authentic regional dishes that will indulge your taste buds. The kitchen, under the direction of Chef James Ho, offers modern Chinese pork-free cuisine. The crowd’s favourite: Ruyi’s Sushi consists of a platter of six sushi-sized local flavours – NasiLemak, Hainanese Chicken Rice and Mango Sticky Rice.

Do not be fooled by the size – each bite into the sushi provides a succulent and aromatic flavour that stays faithful to the original dishes. From savory appetisers to succulent meat dishes coupled with desserts in funky names - flavour takes priority in every dish coming out from the kitchen, all beautifully plated.

Guests will have their walk of fame down the red carpet towards the lounge which resonates a relaxing living room with its cigar speakeasy and wine cella. Then on to the restaurant, revealing a vast dining space with a stylish and modern interior including private rooms with one way glass panels.

With its multi-faceted utilisation of space, RUYI & LYN caters to a diverse group of diners. Accompanied by a live DJ and entertaining performances from a renowned local illusionist, RUYI & LYN has definitely shown what it can offer – sophistication, great food and an indulgent playground under one roof.

“At RUYI & LYN, we want to elevate our guests' dining experience. We aim to be a game-changer in the food and beverage industry – as innovation is the driving force behind RUYI & LYN,” emphasised Lyn Siew, Executive Director of RUYI & LYN.

The establishment is located on the fourth floor of the Bangsar Shopping Centre. It is open Monday to Sunday, with the lounge available from 12:00pm to 2:00am. All Day Tapas are available at the lounge, with the restaurant opening for lunch, before reopening for dinner.
